This can be in the form of self-portraits, or anything you feel fits the prompt! It doesn't have to be anything fancy, pictures taken with your phone are welcome!

You can also submit writing. This can be poetry or prose, haiku or limerick, anything you want as long as it's non-fiction and fits the prompt.

The sky is the limit here. You can use any medium you prefer. No need to send the original, simply send the image with a description of the media  used and the dimensions of the piece.
